As your Day of Wedding Coordinator, we’re here to lift the weight of timelines, phone calls and floor plans from your shoulders, and replace it with peace and presence. We coordinate every little detail of your wedding day to ensure that you experience the event you’ve spent months planning.

We step in three months prior to the wedding date to complete and manage the remaining specifics - we will then act as the liaison between you and your vendors.

Perfect for a couple getting married at an elegant established venue, the Event Design and Styling Management Package is a unique combination package that brings together the two aspects most needed for a celebration at a wedding venue: full design planning and event management on the Wedding Day.


This package is a unique offering that provides couples with a set of services that ensures the design of their wedding and the guest experience is spectacular as it deserves to be. From the design standpoint, this package includes comprehensive design services including the creation of a completely bespoke 30 page design presentation, the contracting of a dream wedding design vendor team, curation of all the fine details, rental order management, distinctive stationery and floral design, floor plan generation, a gorgeous table design mockup and the installation, setup and styling of the design on the Wedding Day.


In the final 90 days leading up to the Wedding Day, we will take over all plans as the event coordinator and provide Event Management services that include overseeing and management of all aspects of the Wedding Day to ensure a seamless and beautifully executed celebration.

The Full Service Planning Package is the second most popular offering among couples as it includes our most comprehensive planning and design services, and it is ideal for couples desiring to host a romantic, remarkable and impeccably designed celebration that "wows" their guests from the overall design to the hospitality.


This package is perfect for a couple who is hosting their celebration at an established venue and is looking for a planner and designer to spearhead the entire planning process, build a dream team of vendors and manage each and every one, attend meetings on the couples' behalf (especially if the couple is planning from afar), create a completely custom and awe-inspiring design that works seamlessly within all areas of the chosen venue, and execute the entire Wedding Day so that the couple can enjoy the celebration as a guest. 


This service level is the most comprehensive package offered, setting you off on the right foot, right away.

Our most popular a-la-carte options are vendor recommendations, venue search, budget management, and event styling and design. Your wedding day will be a remarkable celebration to cherish for the rest of your life. Each calendar year we book a limited number of weddings to ensure that every couple receives the full, quality attention that they deserve. 

All of our planning and design services vary depending on the needs of each couple, and so we love to offer all couples interested in booking with Crimson Edge, a complimentary initial consultation to create a fully customized proposal. 

During the consultation, we will go through every aspect of your wedding. Then, after an on-site walk-through to talk in further depth about your event we create a design proposal, a 60-page Design and Decor Look Book which includes visual inspiration as well as colour boards and layouts of the ceremony, pre-drinks and reception areas.

We create secret boards on Pinterest so that together we can share ideas and inspiration and hand select and manage your complete design team including the florist, rentals, hiring, linens, invitation and on the day stationer, lighting and other design related suppliers

Please note that we do not work for commission or have exclusive arrangements with any suppliers. We choose suppliers based on fulfilling your brief and budget requirements. 


Our couple's typical overall wedding budget usually starts at approximately ZAR 250,000 per 100 guests. We are more than happy to review every package, each of their rates and their services with you in detail to provide you with a wedding planning and design package that is a perfect fit for your Wedding Day!
